You will find a series of issues on the dashboard, including “new user report”, with a number associated to it. These are reports sent by users and need to be promptly addressed by operators.
Within the page you will find a list of reports, including details such as: bike number, user, creation date, issue category, status, additional comments. Tap the drop button to edit information.
àDashboard > New User Report > tap “View” to visualize more details about the issue > drop button to edit > “Save” to confirm changes.
