In the “Repairs” section, tap the button on the top-right corner to create a new repair.

Bike: Insert visual ID > Select Issue Category > Leave a comment to briefly describe the issue > Send.
Tap “cancel” to exit.

Docking point: Insert the hardware ID of the docking point > Select Issue > Leave a comment to briefly describe the issue > Send.
Tap “cancel” to exit.
