Search for reports sent by users and check the progress of a repair action. Additionally, a new bike/dockingpoint repair report can be issued. The search parameters are the same for both options: “not started”, “started”, “completed”, “closed”, “ID” and “Issue category”.

A repair will be displayed as an expandable tile, collapsed by default, with the following information:

Visual ID: The visual ID of the bike or docking point

Location: The station where the bike or docking point is located.

Issue Category: The type of issue associated to that repair

Creation Date: Creation date (days before current time)

Status: “Not Started” - Repair created but not handled by any of the Maintenance Users - “Started” - A Maintenance User started the repair but has not completed it yet., “Completed” - A Maintenance User completed the repair -  or “Closed” - An operator from back-end office verified the completeness of the repair and set it to “Closed”.

Not Started: Displays the comment written on the creation of the repair.

Started: Displays the username of the Maintenance User that started the repair, a comment and the date (number of days before current time).

Completed: Displays the username of the Maintenance User that started the repair, a comment and the date (number of days before current time). It also displays the username of the Maintenance User that completed the repair, a completion comment and the date of completion (number of days before current time).

Closed: Displays the username of the Maintenance User that started this repair, a comment and the date (number of days before current time). It also displays the username of the Maintenance User that closed the repair, a closure comment and the date of closure (number of days before current time)

In every tab an appropriate section will be displayed with:

Filters: Choose between “Not Started”, “Started”, “Completed” and “Closed” filters to apply on the repairs.

Search ID: The Maintenance User can type a specific ID and if there are repairs associated to that ID they will be displayed on screen.

Issue Category: The Maintenance User can choose a specific Issue category (from a list displayed to the User within a dropdown menu) to filter all the repairs.
