Report to customer service any issue concerning bikes, stations or mobile app (menu > “report issue”). Select the issue category, the number of the vehicle/station and include a description. You can also send your real time location and a photo, if required.

àTo report an issue: Log in > Menu > Report issue > select issue category (bike/docking point/mobile app) > Insert issue category > bike/docking ID > description > send location > send a photo > tap “Send”.
